OUR (90) DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our highest priority! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, simply return the system within (90) days from the time of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please our refunds & returns policy only apply purchased items at the original price. . 




Please take care in packaging your returned products to us. All Merchandises can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within (90) days of the original of purchase (minus shipping and handling fees). Please Note: All purchases with special discount are not eligible for a return or a refund.

All products returned must be 100% complete, containing ALL original boxes and materials, must contain all manuals and original manufacturers' bottles with the original (NPN/Product) codes and any documentation included with the original shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of returned merchandise. Returns only cover to the original purchaser (one refund) based on a single user of the product. Full or partially used items can be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund.

We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and your account is properly credited. Our Refund Department will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days of being received at our warehouse. We will send an email to you once your refund is processed.

If you need to return an item, please simply contact us by clicking the link bellow, so we can provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse.  We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.
